About the Study and Who Can Participate

Purpose

This study is designed to assess how decision-making in SFO ecosystems may be influenced by nontraditional forms of intelligence—particularly emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. The goal is to test correlations and boundaries across a range of executive profiles and leadership traits.

Who Should Participate

You may be eligible if you meet the following:

 

  • Current or former C-suite role (CEO, CIO, CFO, Executive Director, etc.)

  • At least two years in a top executive decision-making role

  • SEC-defined, U.S.-based Single-Family Office.

What’s Involved

  • One-time, confidential online survey (approx. 30 minutes, up to 45).

  • No personally identifiable data collected.

  • No compensation; fully voluntary.

  • Results contribute to academic understanding and professional insight.

  • Open to all leadership styles and decision-making approaches.
