A Study of Leadership Intelligence and Real-World Decision-Making
image002.jpg

Decision-making in an SFO is not like other corporate ecosystems. The stakes are high, the variables are complex, and the expectations for discretion, performance, and continuity are absolute.

This research explores the internal cognitive resources—such as emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence—that may shape how SFO executives assess risk, resolve conflicts, manage complexity, and lead with impact and care.

Grounded in empirical research methods, this study uses validated psychometric tools to evaluate real-world executive functioning in one of the most exclusive leadership ecosystems.

Whether you're rational, intuitive, values-driven, or data-focused, your perspective matters.

About the Researcher

Meet Shana Alexander

Hello. I am a Ph.D. candidate in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology, focused on Consciousness and Leadership.

I have served the Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) and Single-Family Office sector for nearly 30 years, and have the pleasure of serving as an executive officer, advisor, board member, and leader within private holding companies, single-family offices (SFOs), financial services companies, private foundations, higher-educational institutions, and various other operating organizations and industries.

My doctoral research investigates the potential contributions of transrational processes and non-rational intelligence in decision-making in high-pressure, complex, and opaque ecosystems, such as SFOs.
